Description of the Festival

La ciaccia is a traditional fried bread dough in new and salted oil. The festival has been held since 1971, a unique opportunity to learn about this simple dish. The fried chicken can be served in combination with cheese or salami.

FRIED CAKE: Ingredients: flour; salt; water; yeast; extra virgin olive oil Preparation: Mix the flour with salt and baking powder, let it rise for 3 hours. Flatten small 5 mm high cremes, fry them in boiling extra virgin olive oil, preferably new oil.
