By Train: Arezzo train station is located along the Bologna-Rome railway line. The station is served by daily connections with Intercity trains to Florence, Rome and the rest of Italy. The TFT (Transport Railway Toscano) of the LFI group, manages the railway lines for Arezzo-Sinalunga and Arezzo-Stia.
By Bus: Arezzo is connected to the Valdichiana, Valtiberina, Pratomagno, Casentino and Valdarno, by a communications network made possible by the ATAM, LFI and SITA buses.
State Roads: SS 73 coming from the Valdichiana, Siena, Grosseto and Sansepolcro. SS 71, Umbro-Casentinese, coming from Casentino, Stia, Forlì and Val di Chiana, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia. SS 69 coming from the Valdarno, Pontassieve, Figline and Montevarchi.
From Florence-Peretola Amerigo Vespucci airport: by car: drive towards Arezzo on the SS 69 of the Valdarno, or take the A1 motorway to the Arezzo exit. By train: from Santa Maria Novella station it is possible by train towards Rome (excluding the EuroStar).
From Pisa Galileo Galilei airport: by car: take the A11 motorway to Florence and then A1 to Arezzo. By train: at Pisa Airport station, take trains to Florence Santa Maria Novella, and from here, take trains towards Arezzo (excluding EuroStar).
